Let me keep it a buck: Papoose is spanking Eazy the Block Captain on these records, and I don’t understand what Eazy is still trying to prove.
You can have your favorite. You can disagree with me. But when that beat drops, I hear a difference—and Pap sounds like the better rapper.
And the personal side? Eazy, what exactly is the victory you’re trying to claim here?

You read the headline—now hear me talk my shit. I think Papoose is spanking Eazy on these records, and in this video, I’m getting into why. Hit play for my full take on the bars, the disrespect, and why Eazy needs to take the L and let it go. Then tell me if I’m tripping—or if Pap is cooking him.
Eazy, What Are You Trying to Prove?
The public back-and-forth has centered on claims about Eazy’s involvement with Remy Ma during her marriage to Papoose. I wasn’t in their house, so I’m not presenting every relationship allegation as a confirmed fact.
But here’s my position: if you were involved with the man’s wife, you were wrong. That isn’t some championship achievement.
What am I supposed to do? Give you a trophy? Throw a parade?
And yes, a married person is responsible for their own marriage. That doesn’t magically turn knowingly getting involved into something worth bragging about.
To me, leaning on that angle doesn’t make Eazy look like a winner. It makes me wonder why he keeps dragging this shit out.
Being a Battle Rapper Doesn’t Automatically Make You Better on a Beat
This is where I think people need to separate two conversations.
You can respect somebody’s battle rap ability and still think another rapper makes better diss records. Those opinions can exist together.
On a beat, I think Papoose is far better than Eazy.
For my ears, Pap’s delivery and the way he puts his words together make the stronger listen. I’m judging how the rapping sounds as a record—not awarding extra points because the situation is messy.
A personal shot might make you say, “Damn.” But after the shock wears off, do I want to hear the track again?
That matters to me.
The Drama Can’t Rap for You
Some listeners get so caught up in the disrespect that the actual music becomes an afterthought.
Somebody mentions a relationship, everybody loses their mind, and suddenly that’s supposed to settle who won.
Nah. You still gotta rap, bro.
You still gotta make the words work over that beat. You still gotta give me something beyond a headline I already heard.
And in this exchange, Pap is giving me the better performance. That’s my opinion, and it’s why I don’t see the point in Eazy continuing like he’s proving something.
Take the L and Let It Go bro
Eazy, sometimes you gotta recognize when continuing isn’t helping your argument.
You don’t win just because you keep responding. You don’t erase a weak showing by making the situation louder.
From where I’m sitting, Papoose is the better rapper on these records, and the personal angle isn’t giving Eazy the victory he seems to think it is.
Take the L, bro. Let it go.
Want the full argument? Watch my Papoose vs. Eazy the Block Captain video, then tell me who you think won.
But bring an explanation. “That’s my guy” ain’t a fucking scorecard.
